The roof was replaced in 2006 and in 2012 the home had all new Taylor Windows installed. Two of the three doors were also replaced as well as the doors casing. A transferable warranty is available. An added bonus to the kitchen window is that it slides open allowing you to serve drinks or food to guests in the pool area, right from your kitchen window!

Though the kitchen and living room offer tons of room for living and entertaining, just off of these 2 rooms sits a bonus room. Currently serving as the den/playroom, the space is large enough to use as a 4th bedroom, or office. It was once a garage but it was converted to additional living space prior to the current owners purchasing.

On the opposite end of the living area you will find the large owner's bedroom which boasts an extremely large walk in closet. Upstairs is the second bathroom and two guest bedrooms- which are nothing short of charming.

The home itself is an absolute dollhouse but the backyard is a treasure in itself. This large lot offers mature trees, a fully fenced in yard and also a fully fenced in swimming pool. This is great for people that are concerned with safety, have little ones at their home often, or need to keep pets out of the pool. You can entertain on one side or both!
